We are building a strong foundation for the TrustWorks timebank. Please help by participating yourself and encouraging others to join!
A service exchange or time bank is created by a network of individual, organizational and business 'members' that provide help to others and "bank" their hours. A service exchange is NOT a barter network, since nothing is exchanged between two parties. One member provides a friendly, neighborly favor to another and records the time they spent doing so. That member's balance in the timebank can be saved for future needs, either of the individual member or of another community member.
We started our timebank in the Fox Valley region of northeast Wisconsin in May 2014 to serve individuals, organizations and businesses by building stronger communities together.
